Giving spree - our annual day of giving that connects donors to groups and organizations that match their charitable interest. adams county grants - unrestricted funds support critical issues through a competitive grant program open to all nonprofit organizations in the region. donor advised and designated grants - donor advised grants allow donors to suggest beneficiary organizations, taking advantage of guidance and information from the community foundation. Designated grants support specific nonprofit organizations with an annual gift continuing for generations.
