Talent search to identify and increase number of first generation low income students who graduate high school to enter a post secondary education institution serve aproxx 850 students across six counties arra violence aginst women to train and assist with 35 recovery act grants to tribal goverments, tribal response and court enhancement is to enhance tribal court systems through training and technical assistance to collaborate with state and local courts, assist with special needs of tribal members with vision imparments
