The purposes for which the corporation was formed, as stated in its articles of incorporation, are to establish and run a charter school in the state of ohio for the benefit of the children, of the community, and to engage in any other activities incidental to the foregoing purposes for which a corporation may be organized under chapter 1702 of the ohio revised code; provided, however, that the corporation is organized and shall at all times be operated exclusively within the confines of irc 501c3.
