The organization was founded for the purpose of providing after-school and summer programs for children from disadvantaded areas. Our mission is to expose children and adolescents in areas where there is a need to the worlds of science, technology, finance, work ethics, nutrition, community service while helping to build stronger parent/child partnerships. Our belief is that a holistic learning approach to exploring the world is needed early in a child's development to open their eyes to the infinite number of opportunities they have to become successful and productive members of society.

Com an internet tv/radio station designed to promote the subjects of finance, film, music, video, interactive games, and a variety of other subjects. - during 2011 the organization reached the milestone 2,000 student milestone. - the organization launched xposure after school program at new little branches in yonkers new york.
