The main mission of the 1833 society is to raise money for the renovation of the peterborough town library. We invite donors to spread their pledge payments over up to five (5) years. a secondary mission of the 1833 society is to provide assistance in the design of a new library. Expenses pursuant to architectural design and construction costing are paid by the library trustees.
