our one-year, evidence-based workforce development program, where students engage in classroom and experiential, work-based learning that is designed to empower them with the skills required for the 21st century workplace. As a result, alumni are poised to secure meaningful careers with family sustaining wages immediately upon graduation. We also work directly with employers to serve as an advisor on adopting equitable talent management practices. Through this work, we ensure equitable access to economic opportunity, bring talented young adults and industry-leading companies together, and provide a strategic source of talent to America’s largest and best-known employers.
