To facilitate financing for a capital construction project of the academy of the sacred heart by acting as a leverage lender and guarantor with outside investors with the intention of qualifying as a "quality low-income community investment" for purposes of generating certain tax credits called new market tax credits under section 45d of the internal revenue code of 1986 as amended.
