The primary purpose of the corporation is to serve as a supporting organization of depauw university and promote and support the interests and purposes of depauw university, through agreements, arrangements, ventures and relationships.

Education

The corporation's activities will be limited to holding real estate, owned by depauw university, the corporation's sole member and supporting organization, and participating in a united states department of agriculture ("usda") loan program to further support depauw university.
