The xavier university alumni association of chicago, inc. (xuaac) was established in 1951 in chicago, il as an affiliate of the national alumni association of xavier university of louisiana and operates as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization (federal identification number: 72-0635884, group exemption number: 0928). The association is comprised of an all-volunteer group of xavier university alumni members in chicago who share a common goal of meeting the needs of the university and the students it serves from a local perspective.

Alumni Associations , Education

The objectives and aims of the association shall be:-to maintain a close relationship between its members and xavier university of louisiana, the university. -to provide financial support to the university. -to provide financial assistance directly to university students. -to further the influence and interests of the university whenever and wherever possible. -to promote, strengthen and maintain the philosophy, aims and purposes of the university. -to foster and preserve friendly relations among xavier university alumni. -to promote allegiance and encourage demonstration of respect and honor to those who have contributed to the preservation and strengthening of the university and its ideals. -to aid in the publication and dissemination of information concerning the association and its activities. -to symbolize allegiance in our lives as a virtue gloriously shared by all university alumni. -to promote moral, mental, economic, and social well-being of the associations members.
