Provide educational assistance for an individual engaged in playing baseball at the college level utilizing the billy bock memorial scholarship. For the year ended july 31, 2017, funding was provided to the arkansas tech university to fulfill this purpose. To provide financial assistance to the baseball team of pine bluff high school and the facility, taylor field, at which it plays home games. For the year ended july 31, 2017, no contributions were made.
