To construct and setup various holiday lighting displays thoughout the community for the public benefit and to promote visitors to the lewis-clark valley as well as to conduct other projects to promote the spirit of community during the winter holiday season

Primary exempt purpose is for holiday spirit. Within this organization, people volunteer their time to install holiday lighting which the public benefits from. Program expenses included are of the following: food, fuel, repairs, supplies, lights, display replacements.
