The 567 center for renewal is a community space for entrepreneurs, artists, and musicians who will bring a collaboratively creative life to downtown macon and surrounding areas through events, classes, and businessdevelopment.

The 567 center for renewal hosted 113 art classes and one week-long summer art camp throughout 2017. In addition, there was an opening to show art exhibits each month of the year for 12 total. the 567 center for renewal hosted 1 concert during 2017 as part of the bragg jam music festival, which engages thousands of people in macon every year with a variety of genres. the 567 center for renewal provided coworking space (called incubators) for start-up businesses and economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs at a discounted price. The coworking space includes high-speed internet, a copier/printer/scanner, and a conference room. The incubators also include a reduced rate for obtaining a business license. In 2017, 3 businesses and/or entrepreneurs took advantage of our office space or coworking space to grow their business. In addition to office space, we offered 17 classes in 2017 to help entrepreneurs learn more about running a business.
