Conducts an annual training and education symposium to incident management practitioners. The symposium brings federal, state, tribal and local members and officials together to exchange information. support for meetings of the interstate qualifications system committee. This committee is comprised of 18 subject matter experts from across the nation representing federal and state agencies.
