The purpose of this foundation is to support charitable activities to include fund raising, collection and receipt of gifts of monies in order to provide relief of the poor, underprivileged children and prevent cruelty to children and animals and other philanthropic purposes.

Disaster Aid

To provide relief of the poor, the underprivieged children and to prevent cruelty to children and/or animals in addition to supporting direct charitable activities and to administer and disburse the same for the purpose aforesaid or for other charitable, civic, and philanthropic purpose as the foundation from time to time dees proper.
