Programs

Therapies, training, housing, skill development, recreation, medical and healthcare support, adaptive equipment and supplies. Our training centers offer tiered support and care based on a Personal Outcomes Measurement System that incorporates the needs and goals of each individual. The Program Pillars are Vocational Training, Education, Inclusion and Social Development, Independent Living Skills, Volunteerism and Health/Fitness & Nutrition. Our Life Change Training Center tier follows a Club House Model where every member contributes to the center community. Our IMPACT Training Center tier is a goal-driven day program where staff engage more with members to complete goals, while our FOCUS Training center is primarily for those who are medically fragile and/or require full care with available onsite nursing staff. Using a client-centered approach, members are empowered to develop independence, self-esteem, and self-responsibility. Currently, 80% of students in the program receive some type of financial support (i.e. Medicaid, full/partial scholarships, subsidized fees, etc.)
