To enable people who are blind or visually impaired to function independently, live full, productive lives with dignity and self-respect, and promote positive public awareness of blindness by providing individualized independent living or job training programs.

Served approximately 124 individuals through a complete personal adjustment program, thirteen vocational courses, a vision rehabilitation clinic, an assistive technology learning center, job placement assistance, and a college preparatory program.
