Charitable purpose. The arizona crime victim rights law group, inc. Is organized for the charitable purpose of providing crime victims with legal and social services at no cost to them while they work their way through the criminal justice system and in furtherance of their legal rights afforded to them pursuant to art. 2, 2. 1 of the arizona constitution and other legal authority. This article shall not be subject to any amendment or modification except to further define or refine the scope of the organization charitable purpose.
