The 29 Palms Community Food pantry provides non-perishable food items to those who have fallen on temporary ?hard times.? The food items provide are designed to sustain our neighbors for an average of 2 - 3 days. During the Thanksgiving holiday, we provide monetary assistance to Food For Life an organization that provides a prepared home-cooked meal to those who come to the center. For Christmas, the food pantry provides a complete Christmas dinner for our neighbors which they take home and prepare.
