Az wins is a coalition of organizations dedicated to achieving public policies that benefit working arizona families and advancing an inclusive, engaged, just, and equitable state for all arizonians.

Civil Rights

In 2016, arizona wins held a strategic planning retreat for partner groups to plan advocacy and electoral campaigns for the 2017-2018 cycle, as well as 10 full-table strategic meetings throughout the year. We held 14 trainings for partner groups and their staff, members, and volunteers on using data and tools for organizing. Arizona wins organized the labor unity table lobbying program, coordinating lobbying and advocacy activities for our members on labor, voting rights, and economic issues during the legislative session. We conducted research on potential progressive ballot measures for 2017, and established the arizona ballot initiative strategy table, a strategic planning and coordination space for ballot measure strategies.
