To recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to advocate in court for the best interest of abused and neglected children and to have a "voice" in court for every child who needs one.

Orientation and training of volunteer advocates appointed by a judge to represent the best interest of abused and neglected children in the court system. The services provided to the children are provided primarily by volunteers. In 2014 61 advocates served 165 children in the court system.
