Our Mission is to provide the youth in our community with a scientific based instructional transition plan that is flexible and adaptable to the needs of industry and society; that will give them the guidance they need to reach financial responsibility and independence to make the transition from high school to adulthood, to succeed in exposing them to the hidden rules that will lead them out of poverty in the 21st century. Through our relationship with other community service partners, businesses and professional educators we will build a strong network for our youth. ?We believe that making the connection between learning and earning is the key to developing our future workforce and entrepreneurs.
