Provides leadership and social development, college exploration and mentoring to high school girls through our Teen SMART ( Sisters Mastering Academics and Realizing their Talent) Fellowship Program. 2. Professional Women's Network ( WOPN)~ business capacity building, networking, professional and leadership development, advocate special causes, support group, and fundraising to support our mentorship program. 3. Peer mentoring within the women's network
