Adoption s. T. A. R. Inc. Provided various adoption services allowing prospective adoptive and birth parents the opportunity for all types of adoption. In 2016, 77 client families adopted. 62 were domestic adoptions (12 families adopted privately; 11 were indirect and 39 were direct placements). 15 were international adoptions, 2 of which the agency acted as the primary provider and 13 where the agency acted as home study and post placement provider.
