Generally, as an adjunct to formal education, Agawam Council''s programs complement other efforts to provide experiential and social activities to enhance the process of youth development in its participants.

1) The Main Idea - 1 week of free residential camping for 110 boys from communities surround the Camp;2) Camp Agawam - 7 week residential camp for 135 boys, with a national and international constituency. 25 - 30 participants benefit from full or partial tuition assistance.3) Provision of fields and facilities for a local youth soccer program, benefitting over 300 boys and girls each fall.
