To operate an open admission animal care and adoption facility with focus on prevention of cruelty to animals, education and outreach, low-cost spay/neuter programs and helping animals and people of the communtiy. This corporation is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including activities to help rescue and find appropriate homes for homeless animals, education and outreach, participation in activities related to animal welfare and the prevention of cruelty to animals under 501(c)(3) if the internal revenue code.
