The organization exists to provide prevention, education, treatment and residential services to children, youth and families; to advocate on their behalf; and to help them solve problems, grow and be self sufficient, responsible, contributing members of society.

Iowa aftercare services - assists young people ages 18-21 who were in foster care adapt to adult living. outreach centers offer counseling, diagnosis and assessment cd services - treatment for children providing group involvement for children not able to live in an unrestricted environment.
