Homeless youth - department of human services provides a place to live and job services for homeless youth. truancy intervention services and empowerment zones provides a program to decrease truancy in the rockford public school system. intensive placement stabilization (ips) - department of children and family services provides psychotherapy, intensive case management, and wrap-around services to foster children and foster families in order to maintain and strengthen family units. other program services provide various counseling and other assistance to troubled youth and their families.
