Recruit, train and supervise court appointed special advocates for abused and neglected children (birth to 18 years) who enter the adams county, il juvenile court system, and to establish a child advocacy center to coordinate the investigation, prosecution and treatment referral of child sexual abuse and physical abuse cases.
