The mission of adoption related services of pinellas, inc. (arsp) is to keep adoptive families together and enhance attachment in the parent-child relationship through counseling and other supportive services. The mission of family enrichment services (fes), another name under which arsp operates, is to enrich the lives of children and families through strength-based counseling and other supportive services.

Arsp helps traumatized children become successfully adopted and to keep families together through counseling and other supportive services. The significant emotional and behavioral challenges of traumatized children can escalate to crisis level without the proper services and support. Adoptive families in crisis need immediate access to qualified therapeutic services for stabilization. Without our services, many of these children are at risk for remaining in or returning to foster care. We have specialized skills that make us unique in the community to effectively serve adoptive families, especially those who have children with attachment issues. Our primary goal is to keep families together our primary beneficiaries are children and families who are currently involved, have been involved or are at risk of being involved in the child welfare system. Since inception, arsp has provided services to clients as follows: counseling - over 1,600 clients comprehensive behavioral health assessments - over 1,350 clients specialized assessments/services - approximately 135 clients psychiatric - approximately 200 clients target case management - approximately 100 clients
