"I Have A Dream" of Boulder County operates multiple after-school learning centers, volunteer tutoring and mentoring programs, a family outreach program, enrichment programs, a counseling and life skills program, and other opportunities for Dreamers. Additionally, each Dreamer class is assigned a Program Director who maintains personal relationships with the Dreamers and their families and serves as a support and resource for academic and personal problems.

The "I Have A Dream" Foundation of Boulder County identifies at-risk children from low-income families and communities to serve.
