Operation school bell provides new clothes to elementary and junior high school students in visalia unified school district. Rainbow reading provides volunteers who listen to reading of first through third grade students in the visalia unified school district to encourage and develop their language and reading skills. All students receive new books to take home. Lebag provides hygiene kits with dental, skin and hair care products to students in the visalia unified school district. The kits are distributed through school nurses and by operation school bell. Kids on the block use puppets to address situations encountered by elementary students and to promote understanding and empathy for children with special needs. Fifty sense volunteers use a stencil of the united states to paint maps on school campuses in tulare county. This projest is designed to promote an awareness and appreciation of the geography of the united states.
