The organization's main purpose is the restoration of the historic 7th street theatre in hoquiam washington as a center for cultural events in grays harbor county. The organization also presents concerts and movies to the general public. The theatre is also availible to others to rent for their own performances. Among other renters are the hoquiam school district which uses the theatre for its middle and high school concerts.
