Amhca provides services to members, including legislative activities, workshops, an annual convention, state licensure, and other services to meet the needs of its members. amhca provides information to members and the public through publication of a bi-monthly newsletter and quarterly journal of mental health counseling. amcha funds committees to deal with issues affecting members, such as professional development, public awareness and support, and public policy and legislation.
