The american contract bridge league (acbl) unit 380 is operated for the benefit of the bridge playing public. There are 157 playing acbl members and 25-30 playing non-members. The unit conducts regular social card games. It holds one sectional bridge tournament each year under the auspices of the american contract bridge league. This tournament is for the purpose of promoting competitive contract bridge. Unit 380 also provides continuing bridge lessons for the purpose of promoting competitive contract bridge.

157 playing members plus 25-30 playing non-members play in unit sponsored games. These games are held twice monthly. bridge clubs use the unit building for weekly games (5 games per week). This allows members and non-members additional playing time and introduces and promotes contract bridge to the general public. bridge lesons for beginning players are held once a week, and lessons for novice players are also held once per week. Workshops are held on a regular basis. This allows new and potential members to learn the game and novice players to increase their skills.
