Maintain the building while looking for a developer to assist in the long range development of concert hall/performance areas in addition to our music resource center providing afterschool music program services the armory arts and music center music resource center program (aamc-mrc) is a music focused teen center that uses recording and performing arts to create a sense of empowerment and accomplishment in the duluth-superior community. The mission of the music resource center program is to educate and inspire young people and through music equip them with life skills for the future. We accomplish this mission through music education and performance opportunities, as well as life skills mentoring.
