The foundation is honored to provide 150,000 in grants to 29 charitable organizations, to provide assistance to children and families affected by the breakup of the family unit. the foundation is honored to continue the leonard loeb memorial scholarship awarded to a student in the second or third year of law school, has succeeded academically, is interested in family law and who is an active participant in clinical programs that help the needy with respect to family law. the foundation presents annually the joanne ross wilder speaker series, in honor and memory of joanne ross wilder, a widely-respected fellow of the academy, nationally-known divorce attorney, editor, author and fierce advocate for her clients and the rights of women. The speaker series provides the opportunity to hear about cutting edge issues affecting the practice of family law for those working for the social and legal betterment of those in need.
