The mission of the american federation of pueri cantores is to bring together choirs of boys and girls throughout the united states to sing the peace of god.

Afpc organizes regional festivals for high school choirs. A repertoire is provided to each choir, which is then sung in a regional cathedral. In the year ended june 30, 2017, afpc sponsored 12 events with 2,303 students participating.
