Low income housing: 30 low-income apartment units offering affordable living space in the art district of downtown los angeles. Tenants that are artists have access to artist facilities. theater and studios are available for filming, photo shooting, and dancing. The fully-equipped theater seats up to 75 people and is available for performances. Multipurpose art studios are flexible and modular to accommodate artistic creative needs. art sales & gallery: art gallery provides creative space to artists to create and exhibit artwork. The art gallery also provides space for the community to participate and engage in the arts.
