We are a peg access tv station and community media center. Community residents can become members of bcm and take classes to learn how to use our facilities. We also produce and cablecast all of the government meetings (city council, rent board, etc. ) here in the city of berkeley.

Berkeley community media's mission is to operate two 24 hour community cable channels. One devoted to public access programming and the other devoted to educational and government access programming. This includes cable-casting of all city government meetings in the city of berkeley. Berkeley community media has an intensive training program, where community members can become trained in the use of the two studios, hand-held field cameras and computer based non-linear editing systems. Berkeley community media hosts various publicity and outreach events and conducts various other community media related activities.
