The awc operated the municipal animal shelter for the city of las vegas. 371 dogs and 65 cats were taken in, of which 71 were adopted and 233 were transferred to other shelters. 125 cats and approximately 150 dogs were spayed, neutered and vaccinated. approximately 72 animals received veterinary care, and all dogs and cats taken in at the shelter were vaccinated. 0
