The mission of 2nd Chance Animal Rescue is to provide a safe haven for homeless, sick and injured animals in Wayne County until permanent homes can be found. Animal Values: We interact with each animal on a daily basis to promote love, trust, respect and socialization with humans. 2nd Chance Animal Rescue will be run as a no kill shelter.
