To educate the public on subjects useful to the individual, beneficial to the community and to help prevent cruelty to animals as part of this program we rescue dogs from abusive situations and others who would otherwise be euthanized at shelters due to over crowding.

Adoptions were up this year to 168 dogs placed in homes as we as nursing homes. This was due to the implementation of rescuing of more senior dogs and placing them in senior human homes and nursing homes. The area of our program regarding the expense of the senior dogs going to low income seniors continues to be evaluated as it is expensive and requires more fund raising.
