Ryan white funds - counseling, support groups, and emergency funds provided to prevent the spread of hiv/aids and to help individuals affected by the virus find services needed. state 656 funds - counseling, case management and educational programs aimed at high risk individuals and those with hiv/aids. hopwa - housing subsidies, education and case management to assist individuals with hiv/aids. other - provide assistance to individuals with hiv/aids that are not covered under a specific grant.
